
Chip Stewart
Chip first joined Cookerly in 1992 and is the head strategist for content services across all media. He shepherds Cookerly’s most sophisticated client content, including development of blogs, vlogs, video and editorial series, advertorials, mobile apps, memes, infographics and annual reports among many strategic communications instruments.
Chip also handles crisis and issues management programs and integrated marketing work for a broad range of clients across many industries that have included, but are not limited to: construction, transportation, mining, manufacturing, waste management, petroleum, hospitality, and education.
He previously worked in the media as a news and sports announcer in Atlanta. He also worked at the University of Georgia, his alma mater, in communications for the UGA Foundation and for the university in management of the institution’s trademarks.
On a personal level, Chip has bowled competitively for more than 50 years, was captain of the University of Georgia bowling team and has a perfect (300) game to his credit. As a U.S. Bowling Congress certified coach, he spent 22 years volunteering as a youth coach in Gwinnett County.
